Governor to pitch S.D. dairy industry at expo

South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard plans to visit the World Ag Expo in Tulare, Calif., next week to pitch dairy companies on his state's low taxes and feed costs. There are about 92,000 dairy cows in the state, a number which needs to double in order to keep up with demand from milk processors, Daugaard says.
