NBAA: Tax plan could have negative impact on aircraft sales

Speaking out against White House press secretary Jay Carney's recent comments about aircraft depreciation schedules, National Business Aviation Association President Ed Bolen said, "Everyone agrees on the need to find meaningful ways to reduce the nation's debt and to do so without harming the nation's economy." But Bolen emphasized that changes to the depreciation schedule would be negligent in terms of reducing the nation's debt and could have a negative impact on aircraft sales.
