Reform of UN is "essential," Annan says

The United Nations Security Council must be expanded to include more countries, while companies that prey on the world's poor should be punished by the world body, former Secretary-General Kofi Annan said Thursday in a speech at Yale University, which is publishing a five-book set of his UN papers.
