Democrats decry Medicare ad campaign

Some Democrats are urging the General Accounting Office to investigate whether a new $12.6 million campaign by the Department of Health and Human services to educate Americans about the new Medicare law is inappropriate. They contend the ad is not objective and is partly designed by an ad firm that also is working on President George W. Bush's re-election campaign.
