Budget battle may lead to first Bush veto

The chairman of the House Budget Committee said the anticipated battle over the budget might lead President George W. Bush to exercise his first presidential veto. Officials from both parties have expressed concern over some of president's budget proposals. Bush is the first president since John Quincy Adams to serve a full term without exercising one veto.
