Breast cancer during pregnancy doesn't raise risk of death

Being diagnosed with breast cancer during pregnancy doesn't raise a woman's risk of death or disease recurrence, according to new research that contradicts some earlier studies. The study of more than 650 women found rates for cancer recurrence, cancer spread and survival were about the same for pregnant women and other young women with breast cancer.
