Nebraska schools seek ways to involve parents

About 30 schools in Nebraska offer programs to help parents become more involved in their children's education. Some schools offer time before school begins for parents to participate in learning activities with their children. A parent academy has been designed to give parents a place to meet and discuss parenting techniques and other information.
