P&G ad cut rumors spark concerns

Despite recent statements by P&G CEO A.G. Lafley that the CPG giant would "absolutely not" slash its ad budget, some sources say Procter & Gamble is quietly backing out of its Q2 broadcast and cable upfront commitments. Some networks are worried other major marketers, such as Unilever, will follow suit.
