Kevin Flynn made a name for himself working on new media for President Barack Obama's campaign team, but he most recently grabbed attention with his work building a social platform around the Super Bowl. Flynn credits his political experience with teaching him how to embrace communities. "I learned how to handle divergent views -- and angry customers -- with respect. I also came to understand that successful communities share the same key tenets, regardless of what or who is being 'sold,'" he says.
