First Lady Michelle Obama has launched a nationwide campaign to end childhood obesity in a generation. The "Let's Move" initiative will target four areas: educating parents about nutrition and exercise, making healthy food choices more affordable and accessible, improving food quality at schools and increasing the emphasis on physical education in schools. President Barack Obama created a federal task force Tuesday to coordinate anti-childhood-obesity efforts among government agencies, nonprofits and the private sector. He has proposed a $10 billion increase over the next decade to help schools offer healthier foods.
