Report recommends N.J. take action on Xanadu

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has been advised that his administration needs to take a harder line on the $2 billion, 2.3 million-square-foot entertainment and shopping complex called Xanadu. The recommendation of a report prepared for his transition team is that the state, which owns the land, needs to push the owners to either complete the project or surrender it to New Jersey.
