More women seeking smaller breast implants

Plastic surgeons are seeing more women who want to swap out large breast implants for smaller ones because they want to look slimmer or because large breasts interfere with daily activities. With smaller implants, patients "have less wear and tear on the tissue, the breast just keeps its shape much better, you don't have gravity working against that large implant," plastic surgeon Stanley Gulin said.
