Sky's the limit for mobile-health revenues, analysts say

Spending on mobile-health solutions, such as remote patient monitoring, is forecast to increase this year, with revenues expected to top $1.3 billion, according to Research2guidance. With smartphones becoming more powerful, and more doctors and OEMs beginning to invest in telehealth solutions, a Juniper report predicts that about 3 million patients will be engaged in some form of remote treatment over the next four years.
