New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority is breaking ties with Korey Kay & Partners after 22 years. The MTA awarded a three-year contract to Pulsar Advertising and the Arcade Creative Group after a required review in which Korey Kay & Partners participated. Transit riders "are looking for information in new ways" and meeting this need "attracted us to the partnership of Pulsar and Arcade," said MTA Chief Marketing and Advertising Officer Mark Heavey.
