Hispanics receive fewer degrees than other minorities

Only 16% of Hispanic high school graduates earn a 4-year degree by age 29, according to recent research. While they face similar obstacles as other minorities, including a lack of role models, Hispanic students often face additional language and cultural barriers not experienced by other minority groups.
