Commentary: Who bakes Girl Scout cookies?

A series of acquisitions in the baking industry means some Girl Scout cookies now are being produced by Canadian grocery and baking company George Weston, Ltd. Weston purchased Interbake Foods, which had previously acquired ABC Bakers, one of two licensed producers of the iconic cookies. Little Brownie Bakers also makes Girl Scout cookies.
