Arizona city may finish $463M sewer system ahead of schedule

Construction of a gravity-feed sewer system in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., is running well under budget and a year ahead of schedule after seven years of work, officials say. The greatest challenges have been the scope of the project because it had to be adapted to existing structures, and varying elevations of places that needed connections.
