A reader of BNET's "Dear Stanley" column wants advice on suing a company for firing the person and then using the employee's work in a corporate competition. Stanley Bing tells the disgruntled workers to move on because restitution -- even if it is deserved -- would take years to get. "Walk away," Bing advises. "That's right. Take one step. Then another. Until you find the next thing you are supposed to do."
