Asian markets climb, but investors remain cautious

Share markets across the Asian-Pacific region rose Wednesday as investors' risk appetite improved on hopes of a rescue for Greece. Japan's Nikkei 225 added 0.3%, Australia's S&P/ASX 200 inched up 0.2% and South Korea's Kospi Composite closed flat. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index climbed 0.7%, while China's Shanghai Composite and Taiwan's Taiex jumped 1.1%. India's Sensex was up 0.3% and Singapore's Straits Times Index had inched down 0.1% in late trading.
