Facebook fans flock to retailers' promotion pages

Facebook pages detailing promotions and new products are the most effective social-media route for retailers looking to boost sales, says a new survey from ForeSee Results. Among respondents who shop online and use social media, 56% follow at least one retail store. Brands such as Victoria's Secret that directly market new products and sales prove most popular.
