New personal credit-card law may prompt more business use

A new credit-card law that takes effect Feb. 22 protects consumers from arbitrary interest rate increases, over-limit fees and hidden changes in terms, so business users may be tempted to put expenses on personal cards. However, experts warn that such a practice could result in damaged personal credit scores.
