Sprint: ARPU gains, fewer customers lost in Q4

Sprint Nextel shed fewer subscribers in the fourth quarter than in the previous period, the carrier reported today as churn fell from 2.17% sequentially and 2.16% a year earlier to 2.11%. Average monthly revenue per user inched up from $55 a year earlier to $56, and Sprint's iDen network added 483,500 prepaid subscribers.
