Continuing efforts to save Sochi's stray dogs aided by billionaire

Stray dogs in Sochi, Russia, have a new and powerful friend in Oleg Deripaska, rumored to be one of the richest men in the country. Deripaska, whose company was responsible for building many of the Olympic venues in Sochi, has supported a shelter for stray dogs where they are cared for and adopted out. Deripaska joins other animal lovers in the city trying to save as many strays as possible from the culling effort ordered by the local government.
