Investors see value in gender-diverse companies

Research has shown that companies with women on their boards tend to produce better results, and now some investors are funneling their money to companies with gender diversity in their leadership teams. In response to this trend, organizations have created investment products that support women leaders. "We have two clear objectives," said Eve Ellis, who co-founded the Parity Portfolio at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. "One is to make money for investors and the other is to make a social impact by getting more women on boards."
