Report: Nearly 30% of foreign students enrolled in the U.S. are from China

Chinese students make up 29% of all foreign students enrolled in U.S. colleges, more than the number of students from Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, and elsewhere in North America combined, according to a recent report released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The report found significant growth in the number of Chinese students in the U.S. since 1997, when they held just 4% of student visas.
