Texas city manager will retire after more than 30 years

Ron Whitehead has announced his retirement as city manager of Addison, Texas, after more than three decades in the role. "Not too often do you get to go in and be as involved in building a city as we have, and it's just really been a blast," he said. Deputy City Manager Lea Dunn will replace Whitehead when he leaves at month's end.
