U.S. forces in Afghanistan get new second in command

Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson has taken charge of the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command in Afghanistan, making him the second-highest commander in the region. "Right now the immediacy is supporting the [Afghan] elections and earlier fighting season and getting through all that through the summer," he said.
