Study: Illness doesn't necessarily equate to unhappiness

New research suggests people who are sick are not necessarily less happy than are healthy people, and they can actually be more in tune with their happiness than their healthy counterparts. The study, comparing kidney dialysis patients suffering from end-stage renal disease with healthy subjects, found the kidney patients reported being as happy as the healthy people.
