Building the Hispanic pizza joint

Pizza Patron doesn't use special ingredients or recipes to create pizzas with a special appeal to Hispanics. But founder Antonio Swad has managed to make his chain a favorite among U.S. Hispanics, by hiring Spanish-speaking staff, giving it a Spanish name and adding certain cultural accents to the store design and atmosphere.
