Study: No link to abstinence ed, teen pregnancy

A recent study by New York's Guttmacher Institute has found no scientific evidence linking abstinence-only education and lower pregnancy rates despite the $1 billion in federal money that's been made available for abstinence education programs in the last 10 years. However, since 1991, the number of teen pregnancies has dropped by one-third, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
