Study: Antioxidants help prevent cataracts in women

Women who consume foods and supplements high in vitamin E and lutein antioxidants are less likely to have cataracts, a new study found. Although the study is only observational, the finding suggests that antioxidants provide health benefits and that people should eat more fruit and vegetables, the lead researcher said.
