Plane-makers turn focus to narrow-body jets

Replacements could be on the way for Boeing 737s and Airbus A320s, the narrow-body workhorses of most airline fleets. Airbus has begun wind-tunnel tests on unconventional new designs, and both CFM International and Pratt & Whitney are testing new engines for the next generation of aircraft.
