$100M aquarium appears to be headed for 11 Times Square

A building under construction at New York's Times Square is receiving a $100 million investment in the form of an aquarium. Toronto-based developer Jerry Shefsky signed a preliminary agreement with the landlord of 11 Times Square to move forward with the project. The aquarium would hold sharks, penguins and otters, among other animals.
