Kansas governor declares Aviation Appreciation Month

Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson proclaimed February as Aviation Appreciation Month in the state. Parkinson reassured members of the Wichita Aero Club that "people can still call Wichita the Air Capital of the World." Parkinson predicted the demand for air travel will grow as 700 million people join the middle class in the developing world.
