Opinion: Missouri autism coverage should encompass more children

The editorial board of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is calling on legislators to approve bills in Missouri that would expand the services that must be covered by health-insurance companies for children who have autism. In this editorial, the newspaper urges lawmakers to extend private health insurance coverage to include applied behavioral analysis, but to also expand it to cover children on Medicaid.
