Panasonic introduces a tough new tablet

Panasonic has debuted the Toughbook H1 Field, a rugged tablet PC whose predecessors have been a favorite among first responders, construction workers, soldiers and other in-the-field professionals. The new entry, with a low-power Intel Atom processor, is expected to face increased competition in the rugged PC arena from the likes of Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Lenovo.
