Peanut flour seen as shake ingredient

An instant shake made with partly defatted peanut flour could be a viable alternative to meal-replacement and protein shakes, scientists say. Because the flour is not sticky, it can easily be mixed with other ingredients to make a dry-ingredient powder, they say.
