Toronto developer envisions Times Square aquarium

A Toronto-based developer has plans to create a seven-story aquarium in New York's Times Square. Jerry Shefsky, who has developed aquariums and shopping centers, has signed a preliminary lease with the owner of 11 Times Square. Sharks, penguins, otters and other sea creatures would be housed in the bottom floors of the 40-story building.
