Hy-Vee offers MyPlate meal ideas

Hy-Vee registered dietitian Jen Haugen has launched Wellness Wednesdays at a store in Austin, Minn. Shoppers will see one or two fully plated meals that meet the USDA's MyPlate guidelines, including whole grains and lean protein, with produce filling half of the plate and milk as the beverage.
