Repairs to school roof part of $1.5M project in N.J. township

Additional problems have come to light amid repairs to the roof of the school at the Elsinboro Township in New Jersey, leading the local school board to seek a $1.5 million bond referendum for the work. Ultraviolet radiation has contributed to the deterioration of the school's aging, leaky roof, school officials said.
