Americans' knowledge of heart health needs improvement

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S., but a survey released by Cleveland Clinic found that 74% of about 1,000 adults said they were not concerned about dying from heart problems. Among respondents with familial history of heart disease, just 26% reported taking steps to improve their cardiovascular health.
