Rewards-based mobile ads face a stiff challenge by the big guys

SessionM and Kiip are seeing results with their rewards-based mobile ads, but they may be crowded out for the time being by the dominant players in mobile and the trend toward native and in-stream ads. "I don't think they're scaling up as they'd like to, but our clients do work with them and we've seen good results," Mindshare Managing Director of Mobile Jeff Malmad said of the startups.
