Study compares cryotherapy with CO2 laser for AK

Cryotherapy might have some advantages over carbon dioxide lasers in treating actinic keratoses of the face and scalp, a study in the British Journal of Dermatology says. The three-month and one-year remission rates were greater in patients treated with cryotherapy, and cosmetic outcomes were similar.
