Bilingual toys ramp up sales, learning

Toy makers are jumping at the chance to profit from a growth in popularity among parents and educators to teach children to be bilingual. Products such as the Dora the Explorer toy line and Bilingual Elmo are just a couple of selections in the cadre of Spanish-English phones, globes and books now available, with one retailer suggesting the dual-language tools could be up to 10% of sales.
