Yahoo! buys Maven Networks for $160M:

Yahoo! has made a $160 million deal to acquire Maven Networks, which supplies online video ad management systems to major media companies, including The Financial Times, Gannett, Hearst, CBS Sports and Fox News. Yahoo! intends to use Maven's technology to offer Flash overlay ads similar to those seen on Google's YouTube, among other enhancements to its video ad sales and distribution.
