Canada reports year's second bird flu outbreak

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency confirmed the country's second bird flu outbreak this year after detecting a strain of the virus on a poultry farm in the westernmost British Columbia province. Officials have quarantined several properties near the farm and are set to cull 12,000 chickens today.
