Senators tell Geithner to get more specific on bank rescue

Frustrated with what they described as "an outline short on details," senators insisted that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner give them more specific information about his plans to rescue the U.S. financial system. Mr. Geithner said he understood their desire for "details and commitments" but said he needed a few more weeks to produce the full plan they wanted, saying, "We're going to do this carefully."
