United workers earn bonus for on-time win

Frontline employees at United Airlines will receive a $100 bonus after the carrier hit operational goals for January. United's new incentive plan offers $100 payments each month the airline ranks first in on-time performance, and $65 for a second-place finish in the Department of Transportation rankings.
