Massachusetts to mandate allergy training for eatery workers

To help consumers avoid allergic reactions, Massachusetts now requires restaurant workers to undergo training in preparing and serving safer meals. Restaurant managers must also watch a training video created by the National Restaurant Association and the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network.
