Research links dark chocolate to lower stroke risk

A review of existing literature indicates dark chocolate consumption reduces the likelihood of stroke and lessens the risk of death after a stroke. However, the studies are far from conclusive, and the scientists note that chocolate is high in saturated fat, a factor in heart disease.
